The Founders of Stoutbridge have combined their resources and experiences to efficiently deploy capital, build value and manage our portfolio of assets. Stoutbridge targets high-margin potential businesses and turnaround situations that would benefit from the financial resources, operational experience and strategic guidance we provide. Our investment objective is to maximize capital appreciation from our investments.

The capital entrusted to us by our Limited Partners allows for even greater scale and diversification without compromising our core investment thesis. We invest the capital under management as if it’s our own, because much of it is.

Why Do Limited Partners invest alongside Stoutbridge?

Putting our money where our mouth (and experience) is ~ The Stoutbridge team’s personal capital represents a minimum of 25% of the capital we invest in each of our portfolio companies.

Been there, done that ~ We have the experience to identify opportunities when making investment decisions, to collaborate with managers to develop strategy and to empower teams to execute a plan.

History of successful performance ~ Combined, we have owned, invested in and/or advised dozens of organization. Our successes have helped build multi-generational wealth and our failures have taught valuable lessons. We leverage all of these experiences to the benefit of Stoutbridge, to our portfolio companies and to our Limited Partners.

Alignment of interest ~ We do not charge our Limited Partners annual management fees and our Limited Partners receive a priority return of capital. In exchange, Stoutbridge is entitled to earn increasing levels of net profit participation based on increasing levels of investment performance.
